Working at Smiles Like Yours

Smiles Like Yours offers adult day programs and services designed to foster social interactions, relationships, education, physical activities, and inclusive programs for adults who are intellectually or developmentally disabled.

We're dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to the ID/DD community, as well as to caregivers and families. The events and activities we plan throughout the community are centered around the people we serve, helping improve their quality of life and creating safe spaces to build lasting friendships.

Behind every program is a team of caregivers, program coordinators, and support staff who show up with patience, creativity, and genuine care. We invest in our team the same way we invest in the people we serve, with ongoing training, mentorship, and room to grow into new roles as you gain experience.
