Smiles Like Yours
Smiles Like Yours is dedicated to helping people create memorable experiences in a safe and secure environment outside of the home. We work closely with the Intellectual Disability (ID) and Developmental Disability (DD) community to provide top-notch adult day support and coordinate special activities that help people with disabilities interact with the community, build social and life skills, develop meaningful relationships, maximize independence, and make memories one smile at a time.
Every activity we plan is customized to meet our members’ diverse needs, desires, and expectations. Our goal is to provide high-quality human services by creating a safe space that encourages social interaction, skill-building, and adventure. Events are led by professionals and volunteers, and we select venues within the community.
Our staff cares deeply about every single person who joins our program, and we go out of our way to give them the best experiences possible.

DAY
Support Programs
We offer a community-based program and centered-based program for individuals with
developmental disabilities.
Community-Based Program
Our community-based program consists of community engagement, community coaching, and group day services. Community-based programs are essentially saying goodbye center and hello community!
Community-Based Group Day Services
Our community-based group day services are for individuals who prefer to spend the majority of their time developing their skills and independence in the community. Services are provided in a ratio of one to seven.
Community Engagement Services
Community-engagement services are for individuals to build lasting relationships and natural support with people they wouldn’t have normally met in the community. In order for our members to develop genuine relationships with others, services are provided in ratios no greater than one to three.
Community Coaching
Community coaching is an intensive support service for individuals who have barriers that prevent them from participating in community engagement. To meet their needs, services are provided in a ratio of one to one.
Centered-Based Program
Our centered-based program Identify our different program services that are held both in the center and in the community. This type of service is for the person who prefers a good mixture of both to develop their skills and independence in a more relaxed and structured environment. Services are provided in ratios of one to seven.

Smiles Like Yours hosts activities for ID/DD young adults with special needs in a safe, secure venue that is also available for event rental. Smiles Like Yours is dedicated to promoting social interactions and encouraging people to get out of the home and experience the world. After more than a year of social isolation due to the pandemic, human interaction feels more important than it ever did before, and we are grateful to have our own safe space to make that happen. FOR
Venue Rental

PROGRAM
Eligibility
Requirements
In order to be eligible to access services through SMILES LIKE YOURS, perspective members should be:
- Stable enough that medical and/or healthcare needs can be managed by Smiles Like Yours’ staff, who are not licensed medical professionals
- Able to participate in scheduled activities with no more than average physical assistance. We are wheelchair friendly.
- Funded by one of the three DD waivers, or be able to pay privately for services
- Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 support are eligible. Currently, Smiles Like Yours will not be able to support Tier 4 individuals.
